Metronidazole is an antibiotic that greatly.

Swelling of the gums 3 days after tooth extraction is normal. If it's a bit of pus, which may be normal. Rinse with water and salt may be added to the effect of antibiotics.

But if there is a constant drain pus, can pay off with your dentist.

If there is a lot of pain, a dry socket.

So, I would contact the dentist if there is a large and continuous pus. Otherwise, it would take to wait for the healing process. You'll change a few days.

Ring the dentist ............ Antibiotics are going for a few days, but it sounds like it might not be correct. Mouth pain is the worst thing in the world, I understand perfectly. I had pulled a tooth socket, and suffered - Agony absolutely, I would only for 2 days before the call to the dentist ...... hoped to be maintained,

To go to the dentist or emergency room immediately. Sounds like a Abbesses and could be very dangerous if you have no interest.

Not all antibiotics in dental infections. Your dentist may be necessary to give to others.

Good luck.
